1. General Disclaimer

Expert Reborn Technology provides computer and laptop repair services based on professional expertise and technical evaluation. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure quality and reliability, we do not guarantee the recovery of data or absolute resolution of all device issues, especially where damage is extensive or involves third-party modifications.

2. Limitation of Liability

Expert Reborn Technology shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of data, programs, or files before, during, or after the repair process.
• Damage resulting from previously existing hardware faults, third-party interventions, or manufacturer defects.
• Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the device after repair.
• Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair.

3. Warranty Coverage

Repairs may come with a limited warranty, which applies only to the specific part(s) repaired or replaced. Warranty is void if:

• The device is mishandled or physically damaged after repair.
• There are signs of tampering or repair attempts by other parties.
• Damage occurs due to water, power surge, or virus/malware infection.

4. Service & Payment Terms

• All repairs must be fully paid before device collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Uncollected devices beyond 60 days from notification date may be disposed of or subject to storage fees.
• All service charges are subject to change without prior notice, and will be confirmed with the customer before repair begins.

5. Ownership Declaration

Customers submitting devices for repair confirm that they are the lawful owner or have proper authorization. Expert Reborn Technology reserves the right to decline service on devices that are suspected to be stolen or illegally obtained.

6. Privacy Policy

Customer information collected during repair intake (such as name, contact, and device details) will be kept confidential and used solely for service and support purposes.

7. Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising shall be resolved under the applicable legal framework of the country.
